The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) purpose is to plan, provide and actively manage world class access to the global aviation system in a way that anticipates and serves the needs of the National Capital area. The Authority's mission is to develop, promote, and operate safely Reagan National and Dulles International airports, continually striving to improve the airports’ efficiency, customer orientation, and the level of air service offered at National and Dulles.
ITnova’s system engineers worked with variety of stakeholders to deliver a comprehensive report for the planning phase of major modernization efforts including projects such as the replacement of the Paging System and replacement of the Common Use System for the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority’s airport(s).

ITnova conducted a tabletop exercise (TTX) for the Maryland Aviation Administration which stretched across other agencies such as Maryland department of Transportation (MDOT). ITnova successfully tested MAA’s Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) through a thoroughly crafted simulated incident exercise designed to test MAA’s policies and procedures. ITnova provided recommendations for improvement of MAA’s current DRP, policies, and procedures from the simulated exercise. The customer rated ITnova’s service 5 out of 5 on this project and stated ITnova exceeded expectations.

ITnova is driving digital transformation for the Interagency Commission on School Construction (IAC), an independent agency under the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE). The IAC’s mission is to ensure equitable, safe, and well-maintained school facilities across Maryland through effective management of state construction funds for local education agencies (LEAs).
In response to Maryland’s Chapter 14 mandate, the IAC is building a cloud-based Integrated Master Facilities Asset Library (IMFAL) to centralize preventive maintenance and facilities assessment data. ITnova’s team is developing a cutting-edge Facilities Data Management Solution that enables real-time integration and management of facility data.

ROW 2.0 Upgrade
Register of Wills (ROW) Comptroller of Maryland

The Register of Wills is responsible for appointing personal representatives to administer decedents’ estates and for overseeing the proper and timely administration of these proceedings.
The Register of Wills also performs the following duties such as assisting and advising the public in the preparation of all required forms; maintains and preserves the permanent record of all proceedings; tracks estates and refers delinquent matters to the orphans’ court; determines and collects inheritance taxes, probate fees, and other costs; audits accounts of personal representatives and guardians; mails various notices and court orders to interested persons; and, verifies compliance with court orders.
The Register of Wills also provides a service for safekeeping of wills of living persons and issues certificates of Registered Domestic Partnership to qualifying domestic partners.
ITnova has a help desk, application and system support along with business analysis for the upgrade of the Register of Wills application from 1.0 to ROW 2.0. ITnova is integrating and migrating the data from previous ROW application.
