Carolina Seldes, CEO and founder, created ITnova in 2011 because she saw a need for innovative software technology within the US Government. She moved onto building a talented, diverse, strong team with widespread backgrounds in working on IT projects as well as working within the US Government: federal, state and local branches.
Carolina has extensive experience advising, designing, and implementing IT solutions in the government and private sectors.
As a Program Manager, She has proven ability to successfully analyze an organization's critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative and cost-effective IT solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenues, and improving customer service offerings.
Carolina received her Master in Finances at Columbia University, New York. Carolina has a Bachelor as an Electrical Engineer from the Javeriana University of Colombia. In addition, she is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL, CompTIA Sec+, and Cloud Computing.
